About removing PDF pages

Sometimes a PDF has pages you don't want — a blank cover sheet, a duplicated section, a page from a different document accidentally merged in. Deleting pages removes them cleanly without re-typing or re-printing. pdfmundo's delete-pages tool reads the PDF, drops the pages you specify, and writes a new PDF with the remaining pages in their original order. The deletion is lossless — the kept pages are preserved exactly: fonts, images, embedded metadata, and page dimensions all stay the same. Page numbers in the document footer (if printed onto the pages) won't auto-renumber — you'll see the original numbering. Unlike most online PDF tools, pdfmundo does all the work in your browser. Your file never travels to a server, never gets stored, and never leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions

How do I specify which pages to delete?
Type page numbers and ranges separated by commas. For example, '1, 3-5, 8' deletes page 1, pages 3 through 5, and page 8. The remaining pages stay in the same order they were in the original PDF.
What if I want to delete all pages?
You can't — the result would be an empty file, which isn't a valid PDF. The tool will show an error if you try. To start a blank PDF, you'd need a different tool.
Will the page numbers in the document update?
Visible page numbers printed onto the pages won't change — those are part of the page content. PDF reader software will renumber the new sequence (so the second page in your edited file will be page 2 in the reader), but the printed footer numbers stay as they were.
What's the maximum file size?
50 MB for in-browser processing on the free tier. Larger files (up to 200 MB) are supported on Pro — still processed entirely in your browser.
Will it delete pages permanently?
The original PDF on your device isn't modified — the tool produces a new PDF file with the pages removed. Save the new file wherever you want; the original stays untouched.
Do I need an account?
No. The tool is completely free to use without signing up.
